At Silver Palace, we use UPS insured as our primary shipping carrier for Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day service and Next day Air services, including Saturday Overnight if requested. We may choose to use USPS or FEDEX on certain shipments, at our discretion or by your request, in order to ensure that you receive your jewelry on time and in good condition.

This gives us the ability to insure and track each package that we ship, so that in the case of loss or transit damage, you are fully covered and insured for the purchase of your order.

UPS and Fedex do not ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to indicate a physical shipping address when ordering.

However, if you prefer to ship to your PO Boxes, we will make exceptions and make special trips to the post office and ship via United States Postal Service. We may refuse to ship to PO Boxes on larger orders.
