Yes. All current non-closeout items at Silver Palace Inc. are nickel-free. Closeout items and older inventory manufactured before 2015 may contain nickel. If you or your customers have nickel allergies, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the specific item's composition.

We ship the vast majority of orders the same business day. The earlier your order is placed, the better the chances of same-day fulfillment — larger orders require more processing time and are less likely to ship the same day. We ship via UPS — Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are all available at checkout.
Yes. Orders of $1,000 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states. This applies automatically — no coupon code required.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7 to 16 business days for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unworn items in original condition. You must contact us first to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number — write this on the outside of the return package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name/initial, clearance, and closeout items are non-returnable. Worn items will not be accepted for return.
Use insured parcel post or priority mail. Do not send returns in paper envelopes — they tear in transit and we are not responsible for packages received without product. We do not accept Return to Sender shipments or COD returns. All returns must be sent prepaid.
