Terms

Any shortage or breakage must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
A 1.5% monthly carrying charge (18% annual rate) will be added to all delinquent accounts, or, in the event of nonpayment or loss of merchandise, the replacement cost of the goods based on the current market value of silver, whichever is greater.

If Silver Palace Inc. retains an attorney or collection agency to collect any past due amount, the buyer agrees to pay all related attorney fees, collection costs, and court expenses.
Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original tags and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All transactions, debts, and recovery actions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree that any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
